Transcript from Dr. Bryce Appelbaum

I am Dr. Bryce Appelbaum, and I’m a neuro-optometrist board certified in vision therapy, and I practice in Maryland.

One of our big goals in working with all of our patients is to change their lives. In the encounters in real time in the office, patients are always sharing their successes and their life wins. It’s so powerful.

To be able to have Dan and Stacy follow up with these individuals and really take the viewer through a journey of their treatment – from where their pain points were, to the solutions in place, to then how their life has been changed by the work that we do – it was really comforting to know that they were in great hands.

Dan and Stacy understood these patients, really gave them an opportunity to share their experience, share their voice, and empower others to seek out the care that they all received.

Sharing these stories has been such an exciting opportunity because in my local community in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area, we have a wonderful reputation and we’re pretty much only a referral-based practice. But I’ve always wanted to help people well beyond the confines or walls of my brick and mortar.

To be able to take what we do in a video format and put it out there to blast to the world, so that everybody knows the help that exists and the opportunities that are out there when previously they just thought they were stuck suffering and struggling without any hope or solution in place.

Dan and Stacy put that solution on a pedestal and really make it so much easier for people to recognize they don’t have to be stuck where they are. People come in saying, “I resonate with Erica’s story,” and having Erica’s story out there was so helpful for them.

As a business owner who’s wearing way too many hats and juggling way too much all at the same time, there was such relief to be able to just pass along one of the patients I worked with to Dan and Stacy, have them completely take the reins from there, reach out to these patients, hold their hands through the journey.

I literally just had to sit back and know this was all taken care of and the product was going to be outstanding. The videos have blown my mind, and I cannot wait for the others that are coming.
