The reason why we look to add video testimonials to our landing pages and pages on our website is because we were getting quite a low uptake in demo bookings via our marketing efforts on Google and Facebook. The moment we added video testimonials to the landing pages, we saw about a 30% increase in demo bookings. I’m Giovanni Santoriello and I’m the marketing team lead for Invigo Media.
As somebody who’s been in marketing for many years, I’ve always believed that having video testimonials creates a sense of rapport and trust with clients. By having a video testimonial on something like a landing page, when somebody goes through one of our marketing channels and lands on the landing page, it creates that sense of trust, and therefore they would want to effectively book a demo with us.

We’ve obviously got a testimonial page on our website as well, and that allows people, when they’re navigating through our website, to get a sense of the type of clients we work with, which really helps. If a dentist, for example, comes onto our website and they see a testimonial of a dentist, it definitely helps with that sense of trust and rapport. Furthermore, we’ve also added the video testimonials to our newsletters, which has helped with our positive rate and the number of people clicking on our links, going to our websites, and booking demos with us.
