Perfect Practice faced challenges in gathering authentic and impactful testimonials from their clients. They recognized the importance of testimonials and case studies in demonstrating the effectiveness of their mentorship program but found it challenging to collect and present them in a compelling manner.

What we did

Sachin recognized the importance of testimonials and case studies in demonstrating the effectiveness of their mentorship program but found it challenging to collect and present them in a compelling manner. His initial goals for collecting video testimonials were to showcase the real-world success stories of their clients and to build trust with potential new clients. Prior to engaging with Share One, Perfect Practice attempted to gather testimonials internally. This process was time-consuming and often resulted in less authentic and polished testimonials.

Sachin heard about Share One and decided to choose their services due to their expertise in collecting and producing high-quality video testimonials. Share One’s comprehensive service, from inviting clients to participate to final video editing, was particularly appealing.

I chose Share One for a few reasons. One of them being, first of all, the importance of grabbing testimonials and case studies because people want to know that what you do works. They want to know that you’ve helped people just like them and they want to know if this is something that can work for them. So testimonials are a powerful way to convey that. And of course, it’s always better and less awkward when you can have somebody else collecting those testimonials for you because of course they’re going to be more raw, they’re going to be more honest, people are going to be more vulnerable. And I would, you know, bet the barn they’re probably going to say nicer things about you to somebody else than they would to your face. Hi, my name is Sachin Patel and I am the proud founder of Perfect Practice and also the Living Proof Institute. There’s a few ways I’m using the testimonials and the videos that we’ve generously been provided. One of them is in emails. So we’ll send case study emails and we’ll describe the journey that our client has been on, describe where they were before, describe the transformation that they’ve experienced and then share their videos. We’ll also use the videos during our live events. So we host live events and this is a great thing to play during the breaks. It’s a great thing to play before the event starts for people who are early in the waiting room and we also use them on our website. So of course, every website is incomplete unless it’s got case studies and testimonials. And so we plug them in there so people can watch them, they can see the stories, they can see the edification of our team and the journey that people have been on. And it’s just a great way to, you know to share what we do with the world and to give exposure to our clients and the amazing work that they do in working with us. Some of the things that I’ve noticed when it comes to using the case studies is people identify with the people who are in the videos as themselves. So it’s always wonderful with Share One how they extract that information to make the person who’s being interviewed very relatable and tell their journey and their story from the perspective that they do a lot of case studies or testimonial videos are just bragging about the end user.  But I love how Share One allows the person who’s being interviewed to kind of share more about their journey and their story and their transformation that they’ve experienced. So it’s not just about, you know, our practice and about our mentorship program that people are talking about. hey’re also getting to share their story which is very unique and quite meaningful. And what I also love about the videos and why I choose to outsource this process.

Another reason I choose to outsource this process is because it’s a lot of work for me to do to set up the appointments, to coordinate the meeting, to facilitate it and then of course to do the editing. You know, not only the sound clips but also the video clips. And putting it all together, it’s just an immense amount of work and my time and probably most clinicians who are watching this their time is better spent in the service of others so that they could create more people who are willing to share their case studies and testimonies. It. Yeah, watching the transformations is quite moving for me as well, and it really is the highlight of my day when a testimonial comes in and we get to watch the journey that the client’s been on. Oftentimes when I’m watching the video, I’m hearing things for the first time that they’ve never even shared with me, and they really opened up and felt comfortable sharing with Share One and, of course, our audience who’s going to see the video. So I get to learn something new about my client as well. I get to also learn about their perspective of the journey that they’ve gone on. And I’ll oftentimes hear something about myself that I didn’t see in myself. So it’s kind of a great way for me to get a better understanding of how I show up in people’s lives so that I could double down on those attributes and characteristics that they value in me. and, you know, me and Dipa don’t always watch the videos together, but I definitely share them with her and I say, hey, you have to watch this. And then we’ll convene at dinner time or during our lunch when we get a chance to sit down and discuss the videos. And we’re just so touched and moved by the experience that people have, and it just gives us that extra bit of push to keep going. Sometimes as entrepreneurs, you never know how much of an impact you’re having, and it’s always great to hear that you’re having more of an impact on people’s lives than just helping them make more money. and that’s something that comes through in these case studies and videos as well.
